1. Discussed cleaning supply storage.
2. Electrical outlets are to be covered in all areas that children pass through and participate in activities.
3. Reviewed the importance of close supervision when children are using the large climbing structure on the playground, as it is designed for use for children 5 years of age and up.
- Comments:

Conducted an unannounced inspection at 10:56am. Observed 14 children + 3 direct-care staff in the preschool program. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed playing with blocks, going to chapel, and preparing to eat lunch. Staff were actively engaged with the children and activities. The facility was found to be clean and sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children. No areas of non-compliance were found with standards and laws reviewed.
