A VA 22.1-289.031 code compliance monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. There were 12 children in care being supervised by 2 staff. The children were observed participating in chape services. A total of three children's records and two staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Standard #: 22.1-289.031-B-3 Description: Based on review of two staff records it was determined that procedures regarding daily simple health screening were not followed. Evidence: There were no staff on site with certification in Daily Health Observation Training. Plan of Correction: Staff will be trained in Daily Health Observation training.
