An unannounced "Code of Virginia Section 63.2-1716" compliance monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/25/2023 at 12"45pm. 32 children, ages 3-5, were under the care and supervision of 4 staff. Children were observed participating in circle time and centers. Center documents, 5 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Standard #: 22.1-289.031-B-3 Description: Based on staff interviews and staff record reviews, the facility did not ensure that staff were trained to perform daily simple health screenings and exclusion of sick children.
