A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 4/11/2023 regarding a complaint that was received by the department on 5/1/2023. Seven staff were interviewed and observations made in the classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of Religious Exempt requirements; Background Checks Code; Carbon Monoxide Detectors; Mandated Reporting; Child abuse and neglect and Background Checks
Observations were made in each classroom. Five staff were interviewed. Six staff records were reviewed. Incident Reports were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:30 am and ended at 12:30 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. There was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations so the complaint was found to be Not Valid.
