The licensing inspector initiated and concluded an unannounced inspection on May 4, 2023 in response to a complaint received by the department on April 24, 2023 for allegations regarding supervision. Observations and interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
