A complaint inspection was initiated on 6/20/2023 and concluded on 7/18/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the inspector on 6/1/2023. There were 50 children present with 10 staff supervising on 6/20/2023. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of The Code of Virginia for Religious Exempt; Background Checks Code; Carbon Monoxide; Abuse and Neglect Reporting; Child abuse and neglect and Background Checks. Observations were made in each classroom and staff in each group were interviewed. Administrative staff were interviewed and related documentation was reviewed. The on site inspection started on 6/20/2023 at 11:40 am and concluded at 3:00 pm. On 7/18/2023 the on site inspection began at 2:24 pm and ended at 4:45 pm.
The information gathered during the investigation determined no violations with applicable standards or law. Therefore the complaint was deemed Not Valid.
