The licensing inspector initiated and concluded an unannounced inspection on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 in response to a complaint received by the department on June 26, 2023 for allegations regarding supervision, administration, physical plant, and daily activities. On July 19, the inspector was on site from 9:30am until approximately 10:10am conducting interviews, completing observations, and reviewing documentation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
