A monitoring inspection was completed from 10:10 a.m. until 11:40. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Children were observed playing in the gym and watching a video.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.035-A Description: Based on record review, repeat background checks were not completed.
Evidence:
1. Staff #3 and #5 had fingerprint results that expired in 2018.Plan of Correction: The director will have the staff members get the fingerprints completed and check the other files.
