Comments:

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed on August 29, 2023 at the center. There were 18 children present with 6 staff supervising including administrative staff. The SHSI inspection covered the subsidy health and safety regulations. A total of 4 children's records and 3 staff's records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
