The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced investigation in response to a complaint received by the Office of Child Care Health and Safety on August 17, 2023. The complaint was regarding allegations of the center care for children without the department?s approval. The licensing inspector was on site August 29, 2023, from approximately 10:00am until 10:45am. Interviews with staff members were completed, observations were made, and documentation was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
