A Code compliance inspection was initiated on 9/7/2023 and concluded on 9/7/2023. There were two children present with one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of Code requirements. A total of five child records and six staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:50 am and concluded at 11:20 am.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
