Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced CODE Compliance Inspection on 09/14/2023 There were 19 children ages 2 years to 4 years old present under the direct care of 4 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. The inspector arrived at 11 AM and departed at 12:30 PM.

eligibility letter was not provided.
2. Staff # 2 had a fingerprint eligibility letter dated 02/22/2018. An updated fingerprint eligibility letter was not provided.
