Comments:
An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 09/26/2023 from 10:08am to 11:04am. At the time of entrance, 26 children were in care with 6 staff members present. Children were observed doing the following: making apple turnovers, washing hands, working on a writing sheet in their book, reading books and lining up in the hallway. The site was clean and organized. Interactions between the children and staff were positive. A selection of staff and children records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
