An annual monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/27/23 and concluded on 9/27/23. There were 6 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas noted above. A total of 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:15am and concluded at 11:25am.
