Licensing Inspectors conducted an unannounced CODE Compliance Inspection on 09/26/2023 There were 13 children ages 22 months to 4 years old present under the direct care of 3 staff. The Licensing Inspectors reviewed 3 children?s records and 5 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Standard #: 22.1-289.049-A Description: Based on record review, the Center failed to ensure children are in compliance with each child enrolled having documentation of the previous child care.
EVIDENCE:
Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records. Record for Children 1 and 2 did not include previous child care.Plan of Correction: The director will make sure that all families have previous child care noted in the record.
