A annual Religious exempt inspection was completed on September 20, 2023 from 9:45am - 11:16am . There were 47 children and 8 staff and additional administrative staff was present. During the inspection children were observed children outide playing and freely playing. Six staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable requirements and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Staff #1's most recent central registry was 09/14/2018, fingerprints 06/11/2018 and sworn statement was 06/11/2018.
Staff #2 's most recent central registry was 07/13/2018 and fingerprints 05/22/2018.
Staff #6's most recent central registry was 07/13/2018, fingerprints 07/13/2018 and sworn statement was 05/16/2018.Plan of Correction: We have submitted all background cheks and waiting for results of them.
Standard #: 22.1-289.035-B-4 Description: Based on record review and staff interview, the facility did not ensure to obtain a copy of the results of a criminal history record information check, a sex offender registry check, and a search of the child abuse and neglect registry or equivalent registry from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years.
