A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on October 10, 2023 from approximately 10:30 am to 12:15 pm. A follow up inspection was conducted on 10/26/23 from approximately 10:30 am to 11:30 am There were 9 children present, ranging in ages from 15 months to four years, with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 4 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-520-F Description: Based on record review, documentation review, and interview, the vendor failed to maintain, in a way that is accessible to all staff who work with children, a current, dated, written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions.

Evidence: There were two cans of air freshener spray on a low desk in classroom #2. The cans were not in a locked place that prevents access by children. Evidence: The drill log that was provided documented the last date of evacuation drill on 08/09/2022.
