An unannounced inspection was conducted on November 14, 2023 in conjunction with local Child Protective Services and Law Enforcement. This inspection was initiated from a complaint that was received by the Valley Licensing Office regarding the allegation of care and protection of children in care.
The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.?
