A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 03/06/2024. The inspectors arrived at 2:10 PM and departed at 3:42 PM. There were 14 children present, ranging in ages from infant to preschool, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, background checks, Code of Virginia; and child abuse and neglect.
A total of 3 child records, 3 staff records and 1 volunteer record were reviewed.
The playground was not inspected due to flooding rains during the inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program and discussed with the program director during the exit interview.
