Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider beginning at 10:40 AM and ending at 11:55 AM. There were six children in care of the provider. The children were ages 3, 3,3, 4, 4, and 4 years old for a total of 12 points. The children were observed playing with toys and looking at books. Four children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Two household members' records were reviewed in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 5/24/19.
