Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on August 28, 2019 from 11:30 a.am through 1:30 p.m. There were six children in the care of the provider for twelve points. Sic children's records were reviewed. The record for the provider and one household member were also reviewed and updated.
Areas observed were: short movie, story-time, hand washing/bathroom procedures, lunch preparation, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and provider were observed as appropriate and the children seem comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
