Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/18/19 from 9:50am until 10:30am. At the time of entrance, there were no children in care. A sample of 3 children's records and 3 provider/household member/assistant records were reviewed. The provider stated there are currently no medications being administered to children in care and there have been no reported injuries since the last inspection. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills and required family day home postings were reviewed. There were no violations identified during today's inspection.
