Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 to determine compliance with licensing standards. The inspector arrived at 4:00 PM and concluded the inspection at 5:05 PM. Today, there were six children, totaling 4 points, present with one caregiver. During the inspection, children were playing on a tablet, washing hands, eating snack, building with blocks and playing with cars. The provider stated that transportation is provided and the vehicle and transportation documents were reviewed. Children?s equipment, learning materials, indoor space and restrooms were inspected. Five children's records, one caregiver record, four household records, daily attendance records, fire drill and shelter in place drill logs, first aid kit and non-medical emergency supplies and all required postings were reviewed. The provider was available for the inspection and was present at the exit interview at which time inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left with the licensee.
