Consultation was given on license procedures when the home closes for renovation in the Spring of 2020.
- Comments:
-
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Eleven children (34 points) with three caregivers was within ratios for supervision. Observed children playing with supplies and reading books, hand washing and preparation for lunch (rice, spinach, beans mixed with vegetable broth) and infant care. Home is using three areas for care with two playrooms and an eating area as well as separate sleeping area for cribs. Large outside space was not in use today due to the rain. Reviewed two records for children, two assistant records, emergency preparation and training. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
