Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted between the hours of 10:20am through 12:25pm. There were a total of 12 children present (30 points) ranging between ages 8 months through 4 years with the Provider and 2 assistants. A total of 5 children's files, 3 staff files, and 2 household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: completing crafts, handwashing, eating lunch, and napping. Positive interactions between caregivers and children were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, evacuation drills, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were completed today. The provider is currently Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified, however, there was no medication on site today. The provider is current in CPR/First Aid training. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials and toys and the programming space was clean and organized.
