Discussed zoning to increase capacity and outdoor space with provider.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. There were 6 children (16 points) in care of three caregivers. The children were observed playing with educational toys, listening to a story and singing songs. Infant bottles, emergency drill records and attendance records were observed. 4 children's records and 4 caregiver records were reviewed. Additional new space for the use of the family day home was assessed. There were no medications on site. No violations were cited during this inspection.
