A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/26/2020 and concluded on 11/04/2020. The Provider was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were 3 daycare children and 1 staff present the day of the remote visit. Two children's files were reviewed, emergency preparation, training and medication procedures. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
