Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated on 2/4/21 and concluded on 2/11/21. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were10 children and 2 provider present. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children's records and 4 household member/caregivers files to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined one violation with applicable standards or law. Please send the results of the fingerprint background check for Person A.

Description:	Based on interview, it was determined that a household member did not have a Fingerprint background check on file within 30 days of turning 18 years of age. Evidence: Person A, turned 18 on 12/5/20 and as of 2/11/21 there was no fingerprint background check on file for this household member.
Plan of Correction:	Person A will get this background check.
