Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone/email contacts, documents review, interviews and a review of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/8 and concluded on 10/14. The provider was contacted by email and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 7 children present, ranging in ages from 5 months to 3 years, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Plan of Correction:	I asked the parent for this.

Description:	Based on file review, the Provider does not have a current certification in CPR. Evidence 1. The most recent certification the Provider completed was effective until 4/15/21.
Plan of Correction:	I am registered for a CPR/First Aid class on 10/31.
