The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) assumed oversight of child care licensing and monitoring on July 1, 2021. All associated regulations and codes have transferred over from the Virginia Department of Social Services. A Crosswalk document was given to the provider to show the new regulation numbers.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. A renewal inspection was initiated on 10-15-2021 and concluded on 10-15-21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There are no children currently enrolled. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision. A total of 2 staff/household records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
