A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 11/3/21. There were six children present, ranging from 16 months to four years of age with the provider supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
