This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual interview.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on November 23, 2021 and concluded on November 24, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There are 9 children enrolled but no kids in care today. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing, programming, no medication is kept at the location, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of one child's record and all staff records and household records were reviewed. The Provider brought on a new assistant and all of her paperwork was available and reviewed.
