The Inspector reviewed the new requirement for the provider to have at least one working carbon monoxide detector in place in the home. The provider was able to demonstrate full compliance with this requirement.
The Inspector reviewed the follow-up documentation that is required when a background clearance is returned as "unable to determine."

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/2/2021 and concluded on 12/3/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 10 children present (28points), ranging in ages from 9months to 2years, with the provider and 2 assistant caregiver staff supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 3 children's records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed.

Evidence:
1 - Child record A does not include the information for a second emergency contact person.
2 - Child record B does not include the address for each parent's place of employment.Plan of Correction: I will ask both parents for the information today at pick up.
