Technical Assistance:
Discussion of the need to obtain background checks for a household member (HM #4) who will turn 18 years of age later this year.

Comments:
This in-person component inspection took place between the hours of 10 am through 11:30 am on 12/01/2021. The LI met with the Provider on site at the Family Day Home (FDH) located in Herndon, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced renewal inspection there were a total of 3 children observed (10 points) with 1 caregiver. A total of 3 children?s files, 1 staff file, and 7 household member?s files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, free play, comfort, snack, music, and other organized activities.
