Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 12/15/2021. There was 1 child present, age 5 years old, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 children?s records and 4 caregivers/household record were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
