Comments:
An initial inspection was initiated and concluded on December 14, 2021. There were 3 children in care at the time of the inspection for at total of 12 points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, household members, health of caregivers and household members, caregiver training, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies, and nutrition. The provider's record and the record of one household member were reviewed. Two children records was reviewed.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-760-A
Description: Based on review of emergency supplies the provider failed to have two triangular bandages.

Evidence:
1. Emergency supplies were reviewed.
2. Two triangular bandages were not found in the emergency supply kit.
3. The provider confirmed she did not have two triangular bandages.

Plan of Correction: I will purchase two triangular bandages for the emergency supply kit.
