-When providing meals and snacks, family day homes shall follow the most recent, age-appropriate nutritional requirements of a recognized authority such as the Child and Adult Care Food Program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documentation review, and interview.

An unannounced focused inspection was conducted on 1/10/22. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were three children present, ranging in age from seven-months to three-years-old, with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. One child record was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
