This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using and alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was conducted on January 28, 2022. There were 5 children present directly supervised by 2 staff. The children were in circle time at the table.
Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A Description: Based on staff records review, the provider did not obtain for each caregiver and adult household member a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form, every two years from the date of the first screening or more frequently as recommended by a physician or the local health department.
Evidence:
1. Staff #1 Tuberculosis Screening expired on 7/08/2020.
2. Staff #2 Tuberculosis Screening expired on 4/24/2020.Plan of Correction: Dale and I both taken on our TB Test on 2/4/22
