This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 2/23/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 5 children present (14 points), ranging in ages from 9 months to 3 years, with the provider supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 2 children's records and 2 caregiver/household member records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and one violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-60-B Description: Based on a review of children's records, it was determined that one record does not contain all required information.
Evidence:
Child record B does not include the address for each emergency contact person.Plan of Correction: I will remind the parent to update the information.
