Discussed the importance of tight fitting crib sheets and ensuring items are not within reach of the cribs when they are occupied.

Discussed the importance of a working smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector.

An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted onsite. A total of 3 children (10pts) with Provider was present. Walk through of the home was conducted. The children were finishing lunch when the inspector arrived. Observation of the outside backyard and cribs were made. Positive interaction with the provider and the children was observed.
