Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 2:15 - 3:45 pm with the provider. There were 12 children present, ranging from five months to five years of age, for a total of 31 points with the provider and an assistant supervising. Children were observed napping during today's inspection. Two children's records and two caregiver records were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency drill log, kitchen, bathroom, diaper changing, childcare and outdoor play areas were observed and in compliance. There was no medication to review, however the provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), first aid and CPR.
