Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 03/28/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children present, ranging in ages from 16 months to 5 years, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, household members, caregiver training, care of children, nutrition, physical environment and equipment and background checks. A total of 2 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
