Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was conducted on March 28, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. In the care of the provider were 2 children, ranging in age from 2 years to 3 years (4 Points). The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical health of caregivers, training, care of children, physical environment, nutrition, preventing the spread of disease, and emergencies. Two child records, the provider's record and the record of one household member were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
