Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-240-C-2
Description: Based on observation the licensee did not ensure all electrical outlets had protective covers.
Evidence: In the bathroom used by the children in care, there was 1 electrical outlet that did not have a cover.

Plan of Correction: The licensee placed a cover over the electrical outlet in the bathroom.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-920
Description: Based on observation and interview the licensee did meet all menu requirements.
Evidence:
There was not a menu posted in the family day home. The licensee stated it was done, however it had not been put up yet.

Plan of Correction: The licensee will ensure the menu is posted in the center for at least 1 week in advance.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-320-A
Description: Based on observation the licensee did not ensure all small electrical appliances were unplugged when not in use.
Evidence:
There was an air fryer and coffee pot that were plugged into an electrical outlet and not in use at the time.

Plan of Correction: Both appliances were unplugged during the inspection.
