An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/1/2022 using a remote application.
There were 4 children directly supervised by the provider. The children were resting during the inspection.
A sample of child records/ provider and household member information, trainings, emergency preparedness planning , drills and supplies were reviewed.
There were no viloations cited at the time of the inspection.
