An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 11:00 a.m. There were 11 children in care and two household children present, ages 4 months through ages 6 year olds for a total of 27 points with the provider and assistant. Children were observed having lunch. Lunch served today were hot dogs, macaroni cheese and mixed vegetables and milk. An infant was observed sleeping. Childcare areas were observed. Documentation was reviewed both on site and remotely. Four children's records and two household/caregiver records were reviewed. The provider completed 16.5 hours of training during the license year.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
