Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 1:00 p.m.. There was one child in care, age four years old for a total of two points with one staff. The child was observed having quiet play time.

Childcare areas were observed. Documentation was reviewed both on site and remotely. Emergency drills were reviewed. Emergency supplies including a complete first aid kit was observed. Two children's records, one caregiver record and three household records were reviewed. The provider completed 16 hours of training during the license year.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
