This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documentation review, and interview.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 5/3/22 and concluded on 5/6/22. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present, as the provider reported that there are no children enrolled currently. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, and special care and emergencies. The provider record and one household member record were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
