Violations:
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-800-B
Description: Based on record review, the provider has not reviewed the emergency preparedness plan at least annually.
Evidence: The most recent documented review of the emergency preparedness plan is dated 2/15/2021.

Plan of Correction: I can review and fix it today.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-880
Description: Based on interview, the provider is not following the most recent, age-appropriate nutritional requirements of a recognized authority such as the Child and Adult Care Food Program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
Evidence: When asked about lunch that was being prepared, the provider stated the children would be eating a vegetable soup, broccoli, a salad and milk. The provider confirmed that there was no fruit being served with lunch. The USDA recommends a full serving of fruit during lunch. This was previously cited at the last inspection on 10/5/2021.

Plan of Correction: I will update the menus to served fruit at lunch.

Evidence: Child #3 and Child #5's records did not contain documentation of the families medical insurance policy number.

Plan of Correction: I can get it from the families today.
