An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today beginning at 1:15pm. There were 6 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 20 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed taking a nap and being held. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the family day home, evacuation drills, menu, attendance, emergency materials, 3 children's records, 2 caregiver records, 1 household member record, the first aid kit, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection.
